SENDING YOUR LOVE BACK?

Exchange an act of giving one thing and receiving another (especially of the same kind) in return.

Should you wish to exchange your item(s), return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery. We ask that you please drop us an email at design@hamptonsathome.com.au before doing so, and also include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original invoice. Please note that products that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

RETURN give, put, or send (something) back to a place or person

We will replace or refund any item(s) which arrive at their destination damaged or faulty; however, we do not process refunds based on incorrect choice or change of mind.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact the HAH Team within 24hrs hours of your shipment being signed for; otherwise, we will be unable to process your claim.

Before the refund can be processed, we will request images of the damage.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR DAMAGED ORDER

Please email design@hamptonsathome.com.au stating which item(s) you are returning and a brief explanation of any faults/reasons for its return.

Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package receiver to pay to the following address:

We recommend that you use a registered service and retain a certificate of posting for your own records.

Hamptons at Home takes no responsibility in the event of the item(s) failing to reach us.

We will contact you within 1 working day from receipt of your returned item(s).
